Questions
How do class packs work?
You buy a pack of classes (8, 12, 16, 20 or 30). Each class is a 60-minute live lesson with one of our teachers. You choose a start date at least 7 days after you buy, then you have 30 days from that date to take your classes. The pace shown on each pack is a suggestion only.
How do I book my classes?
After you pay, you'll see a calendar with the times our teachers are free. Book all your classes at once or a few at a time. Each class must be booked at least 7 days ahead, and you can take up to 2 classes a day.
Can I reschedule a class?
Yes, if you tell us at least 7 days before the class. The new time must also be at least 7 days away and within your 30 days. If a teacher has to cancel, you pick a new time for that class.
Can I get a refund?NEEDS REVIEW
No. Class packs are non-refundable, and classes not taken within your 30 days expire. Please read our refund and cancellation policy before you buy.
How do time zones work?
Classes are scheduled on India time (IST, UTC+5:30). When you book, each time is shown in your own time zone with India time beside it, and the calendar invite uses your local time.
Can I learn with a friend or family member?
Yes. Up to 3 people can share the same classes. One person pays, and the 2nd and 3rd person get a discount (shown under Class packs). Everyone in a group must be in India, or everyone outside India.
What do I need?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, a steady internet connection, and Google Meet (in your web browser or the Google Meet app). A quiet place and headphones help.
Which currency do I pay in?NEEDS CA REVIEW
It depends on where you'll be during your classes, not on your card. In India you pay in Indian rupees with GST included. Outside India you pay in US dollars.
