Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Prosynergy Professional Services Pvt. Ltd., 3rd Floor Rabhya Tower, Dhoran Road, near Adarsh Enclave, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India ("we", "us"), which runs Hindi Lessons by Prosynergy. By buying a class pack you accept these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.NEEDS REVIEW

1. The service

• We provide live, online Hindi lessons with our teachers through Google Meet.
• One class is 60 minutes, with one student or one group and one teacher.
• You need a device with a camera and microphone and a working internet connection.

2. Class packs

• A class pack is a prepaid number of classes. The pace shown on a pack is a suggestion only.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay to us. We do not add fees.
• Up to 3 people may share one pack as a group. One person (the payer) pays for the group.

3. Where you will be during your classes

• At checkout you declare where you will be during your classes: in India, or outside India. This declaration decides the currency you pay in and the tax on your invoice.NEEDS CA REVIEW
• In India you pay in Indian rupees (INR), and the price includes GST. Outside India you pay in US dollars (USD).NEEDS CA REVIEW
• For a group, everyone must be in the same category: all in India, or all outside India.
• You must tell us at [EMAIL TO CONFIRM] if you will be in a different place from the one you declared.NEEDS CA REVIEW

4. Start date, booking and your 30-day window

• You choose a start date between 7 and 30 days after purchase. You can change it until you book your first class.
• You can take your classes during the 30 calendar days that begin on your start date (India time).
• Every class must be booked at least 7 days before it starts. You can book up to 2 classes per day.
• Classes not booked or taken by the end of your window expire. Packs are non-refundable.
• Times are set in India Standard Time (IST). We show times in your local time zone as well, but IST is the reference.

5. Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule a class with at least 7 days' notice. If your teacher cancels, you choose a make-up time. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card details. Your class pack is created only after the payment is confirmed. We issue a tax invoice when you pay.NEEDS CA REVIEW

7. Your conduct

• Please join on time and treat teachers and other students with respect.
• Do not record classes without the teacher's agreement.
• We may end a class or cancel a pack, without refund, if someone is abusive.NEEDS REVIEW

8. Liability

We teach with reasonable care and skill but cannot promise a particular result. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack concerned.NEEDS REVIEW

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout applies to that purchase.NEEDS REVIEW

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction.NEEDS REVIEW
