1. What we collect

• The person who pays: name, email address, where you will be during your classes (in India or outside India), and your address. Outside India we ask for a full billing address. In India we ask for your state, city and PIN code, and sometimes your street address.
• Other group members: name and email address only, so we can send them class invites.
• Classes: the classes you book, reschedule and attend, and which teacher taught them.
• Payments: order number, amount, currency and payment status. We never see or store card details; our payment partner handles them.
• Technical data: basic request data such as IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse.

2. Why we use it

• To sell you a class pack, schedule your classes and send you invites and reminders.
• To issue tax invoices and keep accounting records required by law.NEEDS CA REVIEW
• To keep proof that classes were delivered, in case a payment is disputed.
• To keep the site secure.

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the classes:

• PayGlocal, to process payments.
• Zoho Books, to issue invoices and keep accounts.
• Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet), to schedule and run classes.
• Supabase, which hosts our database, and Netlify, which hosts this website.
• Our email provider, to send booking emails.

Some of these providers store data outside India. We may also share data when the law requires it.NEEDS REVIEW

4. How long we keep it

• Invoices and payment records: 8 years.
• Records of classes taught and attendance: 2 years.
• Payment notifications from our payment partner: 2 years.
• Details from checkouts that were never paid: 90 days.
• Expired sign-in links: 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to your student page. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. We will delete what we can, but we must keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires.NEEDS REVIEW
